By using this site or placing an order with Eddy's Retro Games ("we," "us"), you agree to the following terms.

Products
We sell a mix of new/sealed and tested, pre-owned video games, consoles, toys, media, and collectibles. Product condition is described and photographed individually per listing. Items are shown exactly as they will ship — no stock photos.

Testing & condition
Where an item is marked as tested, it has been verified working on original hardware, not emulators, unless the listing states otherwise. Cosmetic wear on pre-owned items is disclosed where relevant.

Shipping & carrier liability
We guarantee that your item is packaged and shipped exactly as described and shown. Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit is outside our control. Most shipments include carrier insurance, and higher-value items are insured for their full value. If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can file a claim; damage that occurs in transit is handled through shipping insurance rather than treated as an item-not-as-described return.

Not sold on a trial basis
Products are not sold on approval, trial, or rental basis. Purchasing an item is a final decision to buy it, subject to our Return & Refund Policy for items that arrive not as described or defective.

Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice until an order is placed. Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods offered on this site.

Order acceptance
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues (our inventory is one-of-a-kind and can sell out unexpectedly).

Trademarks
Names such as Nintendo, Sega, Sony, Microsoft, and other brands referenced in our listings are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to accurately describe compatible/original hardware and software. Eddy's Retro Games is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

Situations not covered here
These terms can't anticipate every situation. If something comes up that isn't specifically addressed here, we reserve the right to decide how to handle it — always in good faith and aiming for a fair, reasonable outcome for everyone involved.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eddy's Retro Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products. Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
