Every item is tested on original hardware and shown exactly as it will arrive — no stock photos, no guessing games. If something arrives and it's not what we said, just reach out within 3 days with a photo or video and we'll sort it out. Once we get the item back and take a look, we'll make it right — replacement, refund, whatever makes sense.

Anything outside that, we'll figure it out together on a case-by-case basis.
