Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase, unless the listing says otherwise. Local pickup is also available on most items — select it at checkout and we'll coordinate a pickup time with you.

Where we ship
We primarily ship within the US. If you're outside the US and interested in an item, message us before ordering at eddysretrogames@gmail.com and we'll see what we can work out — international shipping isn't available on every item.

Packaging & insurance
Every item is packaged carefully to minimize the risk of damage in transit, and shipments are insured. Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit is outside our control — if something arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can file a claim and make it right.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Situations not covered here
If something comes up with your shipment that isn't specifically addressed here, we reserve the right to decide how to handle it — always in good faith and aiming for a fair outcome.
