Comes with original Sega Genesis 3-button controller, in good working condition, and a new AV cable.

All Genesis ports and functions work normally, the same goes for the Sega CD; the laser was tested with a game that had normal wear and with a game that is perfect. Of course, eventually all lasers require replacement, mileage will vary based on usage.
